Job Summary

Jump On Languages is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Spanish Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the language learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging Spanish language curriculum for students of various age groups.
  • Plan and execute interactive lessons, activities, and games that promote language learning and cultural understanding.
  • Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to student education.
  • Contribute to the creation of educational materials and resources that can be shared with other teachers.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in language education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
  • Pass state and company background checks.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation (a company vehicle will be provided).
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds.
  • STARS ID, Childcare Basics, and/or School Age Basics courses (preferred).
  • Food handler card and Blood borne pathogens training (required).
