Job Title: Chief Nurse Administrator for Orthopaedic Surgery Center

Job Summary: The Chief Nurse Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Surgery Center, ensuring that all procedures are conducted safely and efficiently. This includes managing staff, supervising quality control measures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise nursing staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient delivery of patient care.
  • Oversee quality control measures, including monitoring patient outcomes and implementing process improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including accreditation and licensure requirements.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current state Registered Nurse License required.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications also required.
