We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team at NCW. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating project bids and managing relationships with business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed estimates for construction projects, including takeoff of scope of work and soliciting pricing from qualified vendors and subcontractors
  • Review proposal specifications and drawings utilizing the Company Bid Information System (BIS)
  • Participate in bidding and pre-construction services, including attending pre-bid meetings and determining the scope of work and required contents for the estimate
  • Negotiate and prepare purchase orders and subcontracts for awarded projects, including obtaining necessary insurance requirements
