Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pediatric Rehabilitation Support Specialist to join our team at ChildServe. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $43,000 - $55,000 per year.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will support our Outpatient Therapy team by organizing, cleaning, and disinfecting treatment areas. They may also assist with treatment sessions, preparing for and during sessions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, clean, and disinfect treatment areas
  • Assist with treatment sessions, both in preparation and during the session
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and co-workers
  • Work independently and maintain a high level of organization

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience working in a healthcare setting or with children (preferably)
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and be mobile within the assigned work area
