HRA of New Britain, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

The Strategic Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the organization's day-to-day operations, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives and programs. This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills to maintain seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute various events, including press conferences, promotional events, and staff meetings.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and reports, in multiple languages as applicable.
  • Assist in the coordination of volunteers, staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to support organizational events and activities.
  • Manage the agency-wide inventory of marketing and promotional materials and signage.
  • Prepare presentation materials, including statistical calculations, editing content, and adding graphic elements.
  • Compose correspondence, memoranda, and reports using word processing and spreadsheet tools.
  • Write content to support organizational activities, special events, and outreach efforts, including social media posts, press releases, and website copy.
  • Collaborate with senior management to prepare for internal and external meetings, drafting correspondence, and monitoring action items.
  • Attend meetings and conferences as requested and prepare notes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an office or administrative support position.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/Polish/English) preferred.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent calendar management skills and ability to work independently.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
