Job Overview

At AtWork Personnel Services, we are seeking an exceptional Enrollment Services Representative to join our team. As an Enrollment Services Representative, you will play a critical role in providing timely, accurate, and compliant information about our programs and services to prospective and enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and interviews to provide accurate program, financial, and enrollment information and determine eligibility
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment laws, regulations, and conduct standards.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to guide prospective students through financial and enrollment processes.
  • Update the Student Information System with detailed notes following interactions.
  • Assist students with required documentation and timelines to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Participate in New Student Reviews (NSR) and provide accurate enrollment forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed individual goals and support campus objectives in a team environment.
  • Build professional networks to generate referrals and inquiries.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting performance targets and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
