Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000, with uncapped earning potential. In addition to this, we offer a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance.

Job Description

As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, and other procedures. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team, including hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff, to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will participate in community engagement activities, such as promoting a positive image of the company and participating in morning huddles. You will also have opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration with colleagues.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation and a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure. You should also have certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (if required). Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults are essential qualities for success in this role.
