We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings and provide high-quality care to residents while enjoying a dynamic and flexible schedule.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $30-$40 per hour, with the possibility of earning up to 25% more in certain situations. Our pay rates are designed to be competitive and reflect the value we place on our employees' skills and expertise.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement best practices in nursing care for post-acute residents
  • Monitor resident conditions and provide updates to the nursing team
  • Measure and document basic vital signs of residents
  • Assist residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other activities of daily living
  • Promote a clean and safe environment by ensuring proper hygiene practices and clearing hazards
  • Transport residents around the facility as needed
  • Interact with residents daily to keep them engaged, provide comfort, and build trusting relationships
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania CNA certification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of nursing care procedures and clinical terminology
  • Detail-oriented and effective communication skills
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
