Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Merchandiser to join our team in retail locations. As a Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our purpose by merchandising and maintaining product displays within the greeting card department and other areas of the store.

Responsibilities
  • Merchandise and maintain all product displays within the greeting card department and other areas of the store as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment utilizing effective time management skills.
  • Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
  • Use a company-provided tablet to perform basic job functions, such as reviewing weekly service and tasks, inventory functions, time entry, etc.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
What We Offer
  • Starting pay of $13.10 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment.
  • Flexible work scheduling.
  • Paid training.
Requirements
  • Availability during daytime hours, specifically Monday mornings due to store needs and service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Work Schedule

The weekly average hours are 14 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 25 hours per week around holidays.

Service Area

This route will service the following retail locations: Walmart, Roundy's, Dollar General, and other stores in the area.
