Job Summary

The Registered Nurse II is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse II, you will be working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in maternal-child health
Requirements
  • Current RN license in California
  • 1 year of recent experience in maternal-child health or completion of a KP MomBaby Training Program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of breastfeeding education
