Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist Specialist

About the Role:
Nuclear Medicine Technologists play a vital role in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions. In this position, you will be responsible for operating complex imaging equipment, preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate nuclear medicine equipment, such as PET scanners and gamma cameras
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatments
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
- Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT)
- 2+ years of experience in nuclear medicine technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
