At BSB Construction Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a long-term salaried position with growth opportunity and advancement.

Job Overview:

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will assist the Operations Manager with project management for multiple projects in civil construction and municipal utility. You may be required to fill in for Project Managers occasionally. Travel to projects is necessary, and a vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of surveying principles, including layout and quantity computation;
  • Able to read and interpret plans accurately, including material quantity takeoffs, breakdowns, estimations, orders, verifications, and submittals;
  • Prepare detailed narrative reports for submittals;
  • Communicate effectively with owners and engineers;
  • Solve problems independently and as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of earthwork, concrete, and utility work;
  • Evaluate construction projects to ensure compliance with plans;
  • Direct construction personnel to follow plans correctly;
  • Familiarity with various construction positions, including flagger, laborer, concrete finisher, pipe layer, equipment operator, supervisor, and foreman;
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team;
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record required; CDL preferred;
  • Work 50-55 hours per week, with occasional overtime;
  • Equipment operation skills beneficial for training and assisting employees;
