Floor Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Floor Tech to join our team at Ridgeview Terrace of Life Care. As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our facility floors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours.
• Read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior health care experience preferred.
