Adventure Leader

WildSide 4X4 Tours LLC is a leading provider of guided tours in the Rocky Mountain National Park and Roosevelt National Forest. We are seeking energetic, responsible, and positive individuals to join our team as Adventure Leaders.

As an Adventure Leader with WildSide 4X4 Tours LLC, you will be responsible for guiding groups through our scenic routes, teaching photography basics, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests. If you possess excellent communication skills, a passion for nature, and a strong sense of humor, we encourage you to apply.

• Entertain and educate guests while driving them on-road and off-road
• Teach photography basics and assist guests in capturing amazing photos
• Drive company vehicles responsibly and safely
• Maintain a clean and safe environment before and after tours
• Communicate effectively with office staff and other team members

• Clean driving record and Motor Vehicle Record
• Age 29 or older (preferably in their 30's or 40's)
• Local resident of the Estes Park area (Boulder, Longmont, Loveland, Fort Collins) or willing to relocate
• Ability to pass a DOT Physical and CBI Fingerprint & Background Check
• Obtain CPR & Basic First Aid Certification and Leave No Trace Certification within 15 days

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $40,000 per year, depending on experience. This position is seasonal, running from April to October, with opportunities for trail maintenance and additional projects during the off-season.
