As a member of our Installation team, you will work cooperatively with other team members to successfully complete the installation of residential and small commercial PV solar systems safely and on time. Safe work practices and excellent communication skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will have roofing, general construction, carpentry, or similar trade experience and be able to safely handle tools and materials such as ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, and other similar electrical equipment. You should also be able to work in all weather conditions, climb ladders and stairs, and perform repetitive duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.

• A competitive salary range of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus bonuses for completed projects
