US Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in a dynamic role that requires strong clinical skills and expertise in occupational health nursing.

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse with experience in occupational health, emergency room, or intensive care nursing to provide medical services to employees under the supervision of a designated physician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing services and emergency treatments to employees who become ill or suffer an accident on company premises.
  • Administer medications and perform minor treatments or therapies for injured or ill employees.
  • Conduct health profiles, evaluations, and other services within the integrated employee Health Services & Resources strategy.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and utilize computer technology.
  • Develop knowledge of occupational hazards and treatment thereof for specific locations.
  • Assist in medical leaves of absence and Workers' Compensation processes.
  • Participate in periodic evaluations of Health Services & Resources services provided to employees.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • COHN, COHN-S, or COHN-S/CM certification.
  • Certifications in Hearing Conservation, Spirometry (PFT, Respirator).
  • Registered Nurse license required in Kentucky.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory areas (e.g., ADA, OSHA, FMLA, Workers' Comp, STD/LTD).

Experience and Skills:

  • Three to five years of experience in occupational health, emergency room, or intensive care nursing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.
