At Randstad USA Careers, we are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to drive business growth and client engagement through strategic planning and sales of our services. As an expert in digital transformation, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, leveraging industry expertise, and positioning Randstad Digital to maximize growth potential within key segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand services within assigned accounts.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients at senior levels and external partners to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead the execution of new agreements aimed at surpassing revenue and margin expectations.
  • Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to achieve business objectives.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in selling technical products or services.
  • A proven track record of expanding services within assigned accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships founded on principles of integrity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
  • A history of outperformance in sales and business development.
  • A Bachelor's degree is advantageous, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Randstad USA Careers offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
