About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist and Programmer to join our team at Elmet Technologies LLC.

Job Summary:

The CNC Machinist and Programmer will be responsible for developing programs to control machining or processing of product by automatic machine tools, equipment, or systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) processes and be able to read blueprints at an advanced level.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs for CNC machines to produce high-quality products
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with engineering department to support development work and improve manufacturing processes
  • Ensure accurate recording and completion of production paperwork and SAP tasks
  • Perform daily inspections of equipment and maintain housekeeping expectations
  • Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and cranes safely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing with CNC processes
  • Ability to read blueprints at an advanced level and perform intermediate shop math
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Required to maintain licenses on overhead crane and forklift operation
