This role is responsible for implementing best practices for converting sales forecasts into material planning, capacity planning, and scheduling to improve customer satisfaction, lead times, material and labor availability, profitability, and working capital.

To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for data analysis, process improvement, system optimization, and a healthy dissatisfaction with the status quo.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Orchestrating all material and capacity planning activities to satisfy product forecasts, new product introductions, and aftermarket sales.
  • Using data-driven analysis, mathematical modeling, and sound inventory management practices to determine optimal inventory and human resources.
  • Developing and maintaining supply chain and operational systems to improve planning efficiency.
  • Implementing flexible material processes and systems to provide shortage risk visibility, safety stock levels, and operational efficiency.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Science, or Business, with 10+ years of related experience.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership.

This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
