Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Pine Ridge Post Acute. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily functions, such as dental and mouth care, bath functions, and combing of hair
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
  • Participate in and receive the nursing report upon reporting for duty
  • Perform after meal care, including removing trays and cleaning resident's hands, face, and clothing
  • Assist residents with preparing for medical tests and procedures
  • Transport residents to new rooms or to the receiving area
  • Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed
  • Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers
  • Report injuries of an unknown source, including skin tears
  • Observe disoriented and comatose residents and record and report data as instructed
Requirements
  • Must possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education
  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees

We offer a competitive salary range of $23-$33 USD per hour, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with employer match. We also offer generous paid time off and 7 paid holidays per year.
