Job Title: Vice President of Marketing

At Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths, we are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our B2C marketing initiatives. As Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with company growth goals, identifies market opportunities, and ensures consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Department Ownership: Oversee all marketing efforts, from digital marketing to traditional advertising, SEO/SEM, lead generation, and content creation, ensuring all marketing functions drive results and growth.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Optimization: Develop and implement innovative lead generation campaigns, continuously refining the sales funnel to optimize lead conversion and ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, driving company-wide success.
  • Data-Driven Marketing Decisions: Leverage data analytics to monitor campaign performance, market trends, and customer engagement, using these insights to make informed marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence, and helping build and develop the next generation of marketing leaders.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are maximized to deliver impactful results.
  • Innovation & Growth: Continuously explore new marketing strategies, technologies, and channels to stay ahead of industry trends, drive company growth, and maintain a competitive edge through innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, particularly in the residential home improvement or a related B2C industry.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and lead generation.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Passion for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
