About the Position:

Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health, a 56-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital, is seeking a skilled behavioral health clinician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will work with adults coping with severe mental illness and/or substance abuse. Your duties will include completing biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing brief therapeutic interventions such as crisis stabilization and developing safety/wellness plans. Additionally, you will run psychotherapy groups as part of our structured group therapy model.

Job Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field
  • Licensure to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor
  • Completion of curriculum requirements for a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field, and actively receiving board-approved supervision to become licensed
