We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our team at Rosendin, a leading electrical contractor in the United States. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing major projects from planning to execution.

Job Summary:
  • Manage and oversee entire project life cycles, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • Develop and maintain thorough project details lists, outlining project objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project teams, collaborating with cross-functional groups to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management:
  • Coordinate project scheduling, including developing Gantt charts and critical path methodologies.
  • Establish and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Create and implement quality control processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to junior project managers, providing guidance and support in project planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Financial Management:
  • Analyze project financials, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Manage project expenses, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and financial plans.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction project management, preferably with an electrical contractor.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Oracle, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
