Culinary Professional

Cloverleaf Health Care Center is a skilled nursing facility in Knightsville, IN, seeking a dedicated Culinary Professional to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced Cook to assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in accordance with planned menus and established portion control procedures.

• Prepare all served food, adhering to standard recipes and special diet orders
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

• High School education or equivalent
• One (1) year of dining services experience in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred
• Culinary School preferred
• Must be 18 years and older

• $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and location
