Forensic Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Senior Manager to join our team at Meaden & Moore. As a Forensic Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex forensic accounting assignments, providing expert witness testimony, and developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forensic Accounting Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of property damage claims, complex business interruption claims, extra expense claims, and other insurance and litigation support analysis.
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage teams of Managers, Senior Accountants, Staff Accountants, and Interns to ensure timely completion of assignments and client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, and serve as a key contact for all technical and non-technical issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with peers and clients to ensure effective communication and coordination of resources and personnel to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and participate in professional industry organizations to stay current and network with peers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in forensic accounting, with a strong understanding of complex business interruption claims, extra expense claims, property damage claims, and employee dishonesty claims.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Benefits and Compensation:

Base compensation for this role typically ranges between $140,000 and $220,000, with discretionary year-end bonuses available.
