Orthopedic Physician Assistant with Musculoskeletal Expertise

A skilled Physician Assistant is sought to join our orthopedic team in Brattleboro, Vermont. As a key member of our healthcare provider network, you will work closely with experienced orthopedic surgeons to deliver high-quality patient care. With a focus on musculoskeletal conditions, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient evaluations, developing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with surgical teams. Your expertise will extend to performing diagnostic tests, assisting in surgeries, providing educational support to patients, and managing post-operative care. You may also be involved in procedures such as joint injections, aspirations, reductions, and wound care. This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent compensation package, including:
- A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
- A generous ETO package.
- A CME/Dues package.
- A comprehensive retirement plan with a 6% earnings annual contribution and an additional 1% match.
To succeed in this role, you should possess exceptional communication and clinical skills. A certification or degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program is essential. We welcome applications from new graduates and those with non-surgical specialty experience. You must be eligible for licensure as a PA-C or NP by the State of Vermont and hold certification as an PA or NP from a nationally recognized organization. Additionally, a DEA license and Healthcare Provider CPR certification are required.
