Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse with our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes. Your expertise in cardiac telemetry or other cardiac care settings will be invaluable in ensuring the best possible treatment plans for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, interpreting data to identify any signs of distress or abnormal patterns.">
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care.">
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, focusing on the patient's cardiac status.">
  • Educate patients and their families on heart health, treatment plans, and relevant home care instructions.">
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient condition, treatment, and progress, adhering to hospital policies.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Associate's Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing is required.">
  • An active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license is necessary.">
  • 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or other cardiac care setting is preferred.">
  • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are required.">
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems is essential.">
