About the Role:

At Jobs for Humanity, we're collaborating with FIS Global to build an inclusive and just employment ecosystem. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a team that provides world-class customer service to our financial customers. Your goal will be to ensure service expectations are met while establishing a professional rapport with each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect customers with solutions that help them reach their financial goals through consultative conversations via the phone.
  • Take ownership of customer requests by navigating through the nuances of their situations.
  • Actively listen to understand the underlying needs of a customer's request.
  • Understand the suite of products and services available across multiple channels and position appropriate solutions based on the customer's need.

What You'll Bring:

  • A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or GED is the minimum education accepted.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
