At BCFS Health and Human Services, we are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Program Director - Service Delivery Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families served by our organization.
About the PositionThe Program Director - Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs that promote healthy relationships, prevent child abuse and neglect, and support vulnerable populations. This individual will lead a team of professionals who share a passion for creating positive change in their communities.
We estimate that this position comes with an annual salary range of $80,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet contractual requirements and organizational standards.
- Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Cultivate partnerships with community stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and reach.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing program operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including budget reports and financial statements.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in program management or a related field; 3 years of experience preferred.
- Proven track record of success in supervising teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to problems.
In addition to your expertise and experience, you must possess a valid Texas driver's license and be willing to undergo a background check. We also require proof of COVID vaccination and annual influenza vaccination as a condition of employment.
