Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quickbooks Accounting Bookkeeper AR/AP to join our team at SERVPRO of Central Delaware County. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, creating financial reports, and performing analysis using QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and create financial reports using QuickBooks
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and fixed assets
  • Maintain tax, insurance, and financial and HR compliance requirements
  • Maintain vendors, resources, and subcontractors
  • Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including collections
  • Perform technology setup, backups, protection, and tracking
  • Gather and coordinate hardware and software requirements
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with QuickBooks Pro Online and Microsoft Office Suite
  • 4+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented multi-tasker
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Ability to learn new software
