Overview:

A prominent organization in the financial services sector is in search of a dedicated and dependable Senior Customer Service Representative. This role involves a contract engagement, with an initial hybrid training phase for local candidates. Following this period, the position will transition to a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a volume of 30-50 calls daily, with each call averaging 6-10 minutes, influenced by system updates.
  • Provide assistance to internal stakeholders, including branch personnel and corporate staff, focusing on branch-related expenses.
  • Exhibit strong learning capabilities to swiftly understand intricate information and utilize resources effectively during calls.
  • Offer guidance on expenses and profit & loss statements, addressing issues related to policy modifications.
  • Handle challenging discussions and convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Seamlessly navigate between various systems and screens, employing tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: A solid background in Call Center Customer Service and Contact Center environments. Familiarity with Accounting and Finance, particularly concerning profit & loss statements, is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other online applications. Capable of multitasking, remaining organized, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Dependable, resourceful, and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a composed and patient demeanor in fast-paced settings.
  • Bonus: Experience in financial services, retail sales, or marketing, along with knowledge or experience in CPA, is highly valued.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; a college degree is beneficial.
  • Proficient typing abilities.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.
