Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite Recruiter to join our team at PeopleScout. As an Onsite Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community leaders, local government representatives, and local businesses.

Key responsibilities will include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, planning and organizing recruitment events, and managing the scheduling and logistics for in-person and virtual interviews.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, preferably in Foodservice Distribution, Logistics, Foodservice or Transportation. A minimum of 3-5 years of recent, hands-on experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle is required.

The estimated salary for this position is $38.70 per hour, based on location and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including paid holidays, PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) matching program.
