We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Social Worker to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

As an Elementary School Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of elementary school students. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students and contribute to their growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work and an Illinois Professional Educator License with School Social Worker endorsement. Previous experience in a school setting is not required, but strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling services to students facing challenges and difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support student growth and development.
  • Advocate for students' needs and organize programs promoting mental health and social skills.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Illinois Professional Educator License with School Social Worker endorsement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
