About the Job Description:

The Department of Anesthesiology at SourceMD is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic team for a full-time clinical practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient outcomes.

  • Provide expert anesthesia services to children and adolescents in various settings, including L&D, neonatal, and general pediatric surgery.
  • Collaborate with emergency medicine and surgery residents, CRNAs, student nurse anesthetists, and medical students to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Supervise and teach these healthcare professionals to develop their abilities in caring for high-acuity adult and pediatric patients.
