Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Investigator to join our team. As a Field Investigator, you will play a critical role in conducting covert surveillance, gathering evidence, and preparing case files. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this exciting and rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary investigations using social media and database research to identify potential leads.
- Perform covert surveillance from a vehicle, capturing high-quality video evidence of surveillance targets.
- Draft detailed and court-ready investigative reports summarizing activity and key findings.
- Document case files by submitting reports and uploading video footage via a personal laptop.
- Communicate effectively with field supervisors, receiving guidance and mentorship as needed.
Qualifications
- Active driver's license with no current suspensions or revocations.
- A well-maintained vehicle with tinted windows, proof of auto insurance coverage required.
- Ability to travel occasionally, with overnight stays covered by the company.
- Reliable laptop, cell phone, and internet service for communication and administrative tasks.
- Strong computer and internet proficiency, excellent communication and writing skills.

Working Conditions
- Most surveillance cases start at 6:00AM, with end times varying depending on activity and a typical workday ranging from 3-12 hours.
- Weekends and holidays are common workdays, as claimants are more likely to be active.
- This is an independent role, often requiring long hours alone in a vehicle, regardless of weather conditions.
- Must remain alert and focused, with no external distractions, ready to use videography equipment to document subjects.
