Coatings Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Coatings Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for applying coatings to various surfaces using powder coat painting techniques.

The estimated salary range for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health advocacy, employee assistance programs, a 401(k) plan, and employee discounts.

As a Coatings Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Applying coatings to various surfaces using powder coat painting techniques
• Maintaining paint equipment in good operating condition
• Training in the paint booth to learn new techniques
• Adhering to pre-established guidelines and procedures
• Understanding and seeking continuous improvement opportunities in paint processes

You will work in a manufacturing facility with a spacious and team-oriented atmosphere. The facility features nice lighting with skylights and high ceilings, creating a comfortable environment during hot days.
