CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $83,000 - $110,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 6C Cardiac Step Down Unit at Edgewood Hospital. As a nurse in this unit, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based clinical care to patients with complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree from an accredited School of Nursing and a current RN license in the state where you will be working
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
