Compassionate Behavioral Health LPN

Avera Behavioral Health Center is a leading provider of mental health services, and we are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN in our Behavioral Health Unit, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents and children facing mental health challenges.
The role involves providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizing critical thinking skills to address complex behavioral health conditions. This position requires a strong passion for helping patients with addiction, anxiety disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and depression or suicidal behavior. You will enjoy working with children ages 5 to 12 years old and adolescent ages 13 to 17 years old, as well as their families. Our team prioritizes autonomous professional nursing practice, ensuring that every nurse has the autonomy to provide exceptional care.
