Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Paraprofessional to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Dalton, MA. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs, providing individualized attention, and facilitating communication.

Responsibilities
  • Classroom Assistance: Work directly with students to support and guide them in the classroom, providing instructional support and assistance as needed.
  • Student Support: Provide support to students with special needs, including physical, emotional, and learning-based support.
  • Collaboration with Teachers: Work closely with teachers to implement educational plans and provide behavioral support to students.
  • Behavioral Support: Support students in managing their behavior, implementing behavior plans, and reinforcing positive behaviors.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with children in a school setting.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
