Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at White House Black Market. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current sales and promotions.
  • Ensure visual standards are met, including merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking and standing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent climbing.
