Job OverviewSoccer Shots Kalamazoo is seeking a part-time Early Childhood Soccer Instructor to join our team. As a Soccer Shots Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy, engaging soccer sessions to children aged 2-8 years old. Our program focuses on developing basic soccer skills, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 30-45 minute soccer sessions to children aged 2-8 years old
  • Develop and maintain a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve coaching skills

Requirements
  • Safety-conscious and able to prioritize the safety of children under your care
  • Caring and able to engage with each child through positive affirmation
  • Organized and able to plan ahead and maintain a systematic routine
