Construction Project Coordinator

True Homes, a USA Today's 2024 Top Workplace, is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Coordinator to join our Field Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the construction process, ensuring new home quality, budget control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain organizational systems to ensure construction process efficiency.
- Communicate with Market Partners to review key areas of performance.
- Provide regular updates to clients on home status and progress.
- Ensure homes are built to True Quality Inspection standards.
- Approve purchase orders according to performance standards and quality guidelines.
- Monitor and update schedules daily, reporting to Centralized Scheduling as needed.
- Manage budgets to conformance using Purchase Order and Variance Purchase Order guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences.
Accountability:
- Complete homes according to the Centralized schedule.
- Closings occur within determined estimated dates.
- Respond to client concerns immediately and resolve permanently.
- Achieve True Quality Inspection objectives on each home built.
- Maintain budget control and schedule conformance.
- Receive a Builder rating of 4 or better on closing surveys.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
- Two to three years of residential or construction experience.
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
General Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to traverse homes, communities, and ungraded lots.
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders.
- Ability to move in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Working Conditions:
While performing duties, the associate is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, which may include wet, humid, extreme cold, or extreme heat.
