Senior Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Attorney to join our Kennesaw, GA office. As an experienced litigator, you will play a crucial role in our litigation process from suit initiation to trial.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and execute court calls, handle motions, contested hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
- Draft, review, and approve pleadings, including complaints, motions, discovery, and post-judgment supplemental proceedings.
- A law degree (JD) and active license to practice law in Georgia.
- Law licenses in Kentucky, Indiana, and/or Ohio, Florida, New York are a plus but not required.
- Competitive Base Salary: $90,000 - $130,000
