Cortica - Neurodevelopmental: Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our part-time team. This role offers the chance to lead clinical programming, oversee therapy clients, and provide supervision to Behavior Interventionists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Assessment and Treatment plans following our clinical model, BACB guidelines, and insurance requirements.
  • Provide direct clinical support, including supervising therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists in the pod.
  • Ensure quality clinical care by meeting minimum supervisory hours, maintaining productivity expectations, and monitoring client progress.
  • Conduct monthly supervision for RBTs and/or BCATs, complete paperwork, and participate in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences.
  • Analyze data for progress report writing, collaborating with ABA Site Manager to optimize scheduled hours.
  • Participate in insurance authorization reviews, department meetings, Clinical Integration Meetings, and safety initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Human Services or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism and knowledge of ABA practices.
  • Fieldwork experience in home-based settings, collaboration with cross-disciplinary agencies, and software proficiency (electronic medical records, Microsoft Office).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient information protection.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $147,200-$161,600, based on skill level, relevant experience, education, and location.
