Certified Behavior Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Certified Behavior Therapist to join our team in our ABA Center located in Pennsauken, NJ.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, with additional benefits including paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave, vision, dental, and medical health plans, employer-paid life insurance, 401k with company match, direct deposit, and employee assistance program.

This position involves conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments, designing and monitoring implementation of treatment plans, providing ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians, conducting group trainings and supervisions, adhering to BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code, and cultivating a culture of compassion, excellence, and reliability for our employees, clients, and their families.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; including the use of technology
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Interest in professional development and advancement
• Solid communication skills
