Customer Solutions Manager

Your primary focus will be on supervising the daily activities of our Customer Solution Team, ensuring that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved. You will also be responsible for preparing and updating communication and training for compliance requirements, assessing potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
In addition, you will recommend or manage the staffing process, including scheduling and hiring, to ensure that levels are sufficient. You will also hold associates accountable for work quality, performance, and manage through developing and communicating excellent standards of service.
As a Customer Solution Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and recommending staffing levels to the manager, interviewing and assessing candidates, receiving, answering, distributing, and organizing customer inquiries, creating and managing teams' Objective and Key Results (OKRs), and assisting and making recommendations concerning Associate Career development.
You will also address and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction, direct the compliance of staff with administrative policies and procedures, establish and maintain positive customer relationships, lead the team in the promotion of all aspects of JJ Kane with new and existing customers, and proactively develop JJ Kane opportunities.
Furthermore, you will support and establish effective workflow processes and systems to ensure continued improvement, growth, and customer satisfaction within the organization. You will also manage other processes within your group, effectively represent Team Altec, and communicate any customer needs/requests outside JJ Kane's scope to the appropriate Altec entity.
Travel is required up to 15% - 35%.
