At ABC Pathways, LLC, we are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism and other behavior disorders. Our mission is to provide high-quality evidence-based, family-centered therapies and family support based on the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to assist with administrative duties and ensure a smooth operation of clinical services. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Clinical Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, perform clerical tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in answering phone calls, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date health records
  • Coordinate the matching of behavior technicians with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Welcome new staff members to the clinical department and familiarize them with procedures
  • Collaborate with the recruiter to address staffing needs and open roles for clients
  • Maintain accurate records of devices distributed to staff in collaboration with IT
  • Support data compilation for performance reviews, insurance eligibility checks, and other projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical administrative role with a strong understanding of clinical settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with team members, clients, and families
  • Proficient computer skills, including EHR systems, and ability to operate general office equipment efficiently
  • Attention to detail to ensure precision and compliance in documentation and data entry
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred but not required
  • Availability to work 9am-5pm shift, Monday to Friday
