Medical Assistant Opportunity at Integrated Dermatology

Integrated Dermatology is a leading national dermatology practice seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dermatologists in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Record systems to maintain accurate patient records
  • Assist physicians with administrative and clinical duties, ensuring seamless patient care
  • Interview patients to obtain their medical history and vital statistics
  • Record patient medical history, test results, and vital statistics in patient medical files
  • Clean and sterilize medical equipment and instruments to maintain a safe environment
  • Assist physicians during examinations by handing over instruments and materials
  • Clean treatment rooms following patient examinations
  • Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and peers
  • Oversee patient needs and ensure efficient and friendly service
  • Respond to staff doctor needs before, during, and after patient exams
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and greet patients in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to work with confidential information
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and teamwork
  • One year of experience as a medical assistant preferred, with willingness to train
  • High School Diploma required, Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma or Associate degree preferred
Compensation:

Pay starts at $22.00 per hour and increases with years of experience. Integrated Dermatology offers a competitive compensation package and a dynamic work environment.
