An esteemed private practice anesthesia group in the Youngstown, Ohio area is seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their dynamic team.
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality anesthesia services for a diverse range of cases, including thoracic, vascular, OB, pediatrics, trauma, neuro, and outpatient procedures such as ENT, orthopedics, and GI cases. This position offers flexibility in terms of shift options, including 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, and 24-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, ensuring safe and effective pain management.
- Perform pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures.
- Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and patient information.
Compensation Package:
- A competitive base salary ranging from $210,000 to $250,000+ per annum, depending on shift duration.
- Full benefits package, including malpractice coverage, health insurance, vision, dental, life insurance, licenses, dues, and retirement contribution of 6% of base salary.
- Generous vacation allowance of six to eight weeks.
- CME funds are available.
- Yearly bonuses are offered.
- Overtime opportunities are available.
- $50,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements:
- Candidates may be SRNAs or experienced CRNAs.
- Valid CRNA certification and relevant license.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
