Job Summary

Focused HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Enterprise Power Platform Developer to join our team. As a key member of our application development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in model-driven apps, power portal apps, and Dynamics 365. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including model-driven apps and power portal apps.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to functional and technical programming standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and interpret user requirements, and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the application development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, and contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, and troubleshoot problems with applications and infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in developing and deploying model-driven apps and power portal apps.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365, including deployment, configuration, management, and modification.
  • Microsoft SQL Server experience: 2-4 years.
  • Understanding of web development design and toolsets, including JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
